The Canyoning Company have been following the recent updates, and constantly evolving situation with COVID-19. This is a difficult time for everyone and we want to wish you and your family the very best of health over the coming weeks and months.

We are following Scottish and UK government advice as it is announced, but for now….WE ARE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS ?

We want to reassure you we are taking every precaution necessary to safe guard staff and our customers.

We ALWAYS operate at the highest possible standards and HYGINE.
Our equipment is thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant after every trip. This practice will be ramped up as we will double the amount of disinfectant used. We will rotate wetsuits so you will not use a wetsuit unless it has been heavily disinfected and drying for over 48 hours.

We operate small groups, we plan to reduce that even further to a maximum of 8 per trip. (If your booking is larger than that, the groups will be split into groups of 8 with correct instructor ratios)

We are a mobile business. So we meet, greet and brief OUTSIDE at the canyoning venue. We don’t ask customers to travel in a minibus or meet inside with close proximity. Everything we do is outside.

With overseas travel restrictions imposed, if you are travelling to us from abroad you should seek advice from your insurance company. Please look at our terms and conditions for cancellation on your booking form on The Canyoning Company website.

If you feel unwell or have symptoms outlined by the government, please do not join us for acayoning trip

We are a small business with overheads which won’t change. We will be heavily affected by this epidemic, as will everyone. If you do not want to attend your canyoning experience please think about rescheduling, or we can offer you an extended Voucher. This would be such a positive gesture for us, and may help us get to the other side of this situation.

The World Health Organisation has advised people to enjoy the outdoors as part of social distancing. This will be positive for everyone’s health and wellbeing.
